Employer Brand Manager

YOU WILL ACHIEVE THIS THROUGH::
  • Creating content: work with an in-house production team to deliver engaging and authentic video, written and photographic employer brand assets
  • Owning and developing multi-media strategies across all talent attraction channels,  using marketing tactics such as targeted social media advertising, AdWords, LinkedIn Campaigns,  digital advertising, corporate careers site, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, StackOverflow, GitHub etc
  • Events: Organising and supporting meetups, events and career fairs; securing top speaking slots at conferences
  • Revamping and copywriting all our employer brand assets, collaborating closely with brand marketing and PR colleagues to maintain a consistent brand voice and message
  • Early career intake: Building relationships with top universities and feeder programmes to experiment with a grad and apprenticeship programmes at Badoo
  • Create and drive our diversity & inclusion agenda. You will build the foundations that will mean D&I becomes a part of our everyday thought process and ways of working, answering questions that we are now asking ourselves: What does diversity and inclusion mean at Badoo? What should we do to influence employee’s language and behaviour? What training and education initiatives do we need? How do we measure the impact we’ve made?
  • Manage all PR and media relations for employer brand, like setting up interviews for our team with key journalists, placing stories and amplifying their reach
  • Awards: Organising and coordinating the submissions of key awards and top lists (GPTW, Best Companies, Employee Experience Awards etc)
  • Diving deep into analytics and presenting meaningful metrics to our talent acquisition stakeholders, regularly reporting on usage and performance of recruitment advertising, digital and social media channels
ROLE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS 2019:
  • Linkedin page + Badoo web re-launched with EVP
  • All social media accounts and employer brand channels consolidated and delivering  content with aligned visual identity and ToV
  • 7 employer brand videos created and launched in 2019
  • 4 employer awards won or shortlist-nominated
  • Glassdoor score +0.3 (to 4.0)
  • 4 PR placements on Badoo Talent brand
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Proven experience in similar or related role, with solid understanding of marketing and employer brand concepts and practices
  • Copywriting: you are able to write any kind of social media post or text for media — a piece of news, a column, an interview; a formal letter, an advert or job spec
  • Experience in organising and coordinating events
  • Proven record of managing social media accounts
  • Thought leadership:  Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends, new channels and strategies: who are our talent competitors? What are they doing in the space of employer branding? Who do we look up to?
  • Great negotiation and communication skills: you’re comfortable talking to senior stakeholders and bringing them along for the ride, just as much as you can talk empathetically to those who might need your help and support.
  • Collaboration: you know how to find the right people and reach out to them, able to prove your point, persuade and pursue your agenda; you are a fluent and intelligent speaker
