Global Community Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB ROLE:
  • Develop a full funnel communications flow for how we convert users into ambassadors who champion our mission and spread our values
  • Shape the identity and strategy of our ambassador program based on our objectives
  • Drive tactical experiments to broaden ambassador membership or deepen engagement
  • Maintain relationships with our top users and find opportunities to involve their voices in marketing and product decision making
  • Develop stories of our users and disseminate them through content marketing, PR, brand marketing, and other opportunities
  • Source swag and merchandise across our major markets ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
  • Partner with product, design, and development teams to create our own ecommerce storefront
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • A love of people, stories, and communities
  • Able to maintain, develop, and retain relationships with a diversity of people and personalities
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, including email, push notification, or in-app modals
  • Experience developing or growing an ambassador or community program
  • Entrepreneurial in mindset and resourceful in execution
