Front of House Manager

  • Manage the Front of House team to ensure delivery of exceptional services and motivate them to achieve high operational standards
  • Curate fun office vibes and a family feel in the office and ensure employees and visitors receive excellent service and that their individual needs are met
  • Responsible for Admin internal comms, weekly newsletters and important updates (as directed by the Head of Internal Ops) and support the Head of Internal Operations Manager as necessary and execute AdHoc Projects as required
  • Responsibility for Ad Hoc office events, partnering with other members of the Admin team as required
  • Monitor the office standards and ensure that breakout spaces, meeting rooms, workplaces, kitchens and bathrooms are maintained and looked after by the Front of House and Housekeeping team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors and provide support to other facilities areas as necessary
  • Proactivity with keeping the necessary admin documents up to date (i.e. Admin Handbook)
  • A proactive problem solver, who thinks creatively and can work autonomously. We’d like to find someone who’s analytically minded and able to draw smart conclusions
  • Outgoing, fun and friendly with excellent communication skills
  • Positive can do attitude with willingness to learn and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to juggle several tasks simultaneously and demonstrates the capability of prioritising tasks, whilst remaining calm under pressure and acting with utmost discretion at all times
  • Excellent follow through to ensure completion, a keen eye for detail and good organisation skills
  • Competency, reliability and time management are essential!
  • Excellent presentation and telephone manner
  • Previous FOH Management experience in a similar environment is essential
  • You will have worked in an environment where excellence and high standards are a priority
  • Strong Administrative experience
